The PhoneIQ Agent license is designed for users that work within Salesforce, usually Sales and Service teams that require that their phone system connects seamlessly to their CRM, providing powerful automation and CTI capabilities in conjunction with Salesforce. On the other hand, the PhoneIQ Office license is designed for those users within the company that require standard Unified Communications and Phone System functionality (e.g.: Finance). Both type of users can communicate with each other for free using extension dialing via their deskphone, desktop and mobile apps.

No. Telephony is billed separately from user seats. Telephony is billed per minute and administrators must buy calling credits in order to activate outbound calling. Automatic top-up can be configured in the account, proactively monitoring the balance, so that when it falls below X it automatically recharges it with a predefined amount of calling credits.
