The Payment Group is a leading provider of integrated payment and commerce solutions in the financial services industry. Since 2003 TPG has worked closely with municipalities to provide differentiated solutions that allow consumers to pay their court and utility bills digitally. Late in 2019 Justin Motz, Director of Marketing at TPG, was tasked with looking for an outbound dialer that could help automate their outbound sales efforts. The biggest issue faced was finding a solution that was neither too complex nor too cookie cutter that couldn’t serve their particular needs.

During COVID-19, TPG was able to successfully transition to remote work due to their foresight and investment in modern technology. With PhoneIQ, they were able to track SDR activity, gain insight into their performance and in addition were able to template and automate different workflows in Salesforce.
